Internships play a key role for young people’s integration into the labour market. They are essential in bridging the skills gap between education and work. However, many internships do not fulfil their purpose as they are badly designed. To remedy this, the SPRINT project aims to create a norm with standards and indicators for quality internships that can be recognized and accepted by employers.
The SPRINT project is largely – but not entirely – funded by the EU’s Erasmus+ programme. To reach a successful completion of the programme, the 7 project partners are looking for organizations that might be willing to sponsor specific elements of the work that needs to be done.
